The Orono Firefighters Association will be bringing their 1933 Bickle Fire Truck out for display this weekend during the Orono Fair (weather permitting). Volunteer firefighters will be present to receive your ‘donation in a boot’, to assist with the restoration of the antique pumper. The OFA are stewards of this important piece of Orono’s history. We’ve all seen it, and probably most of us and our children have sat at the wheel. Now they need our help.
