Anyone who follows baseball will be familiar with the Kendal Eagles and baseball at Harvey Jackson Memorial Park in Kendal. Roy Foster has been part of baseball at that park all his life. “I’ve called Kendal home since I was born on a tobacco farm just east of the village,” and he continues to live very close to the core.
