Shelley Etmanskie of Ochonski Road in Orono has noticed an increase in pedestrian traffic on many of the beautiful country roads in the area, and she called the Orono Times office to suggest a review of safety tips. An important suggestion, because with faster vehicle speeds on rural roads, accidents there are more likely to be fatal.
