Rising Spirit Bed & Breakfast & Yoga celebrated their ‘Grand Re-Opening’ on Wednesday, July 1. Located at 7167 Carscadden Road, Kendal. Owner Cynthia Banks, center cutting ribbon, was scheduled to open Rising Spirit then COVID hit. MPP David Piccini and MP Philip Lawrence were among the many well wishers celebrating Cynthia’s opening.
