Brittany, Orono Veterinary Hospital and Tammy, helping out from East Oshawa Veterinary Hospital in Courtice, looked after the prize table. Friday’s Bow Wow Palooza event at the Orono Veterinary Hospital raised $1372.00 for our local OSCAR Fund. The OSCAR Fund is a charitable fund designed to assist animals in need with some of the cost of veterinary treatments.
Look out Scooby Doo. Rev. Jeff Doucette from Enniskillin & Tyrone United Church was on hand to take pictures of the canine Scooby stand-ins. The Mystery Machine was created by Rev. Doucette’s wife Sandy. Proceeds from the photos went to the OSCAR fund.
