Clarington Eagles vs Port Hope Panthers
The Clarington Eagles and Port Hope Panthers have each won their respective division play-offs. They now meet to determine the champion of the Eastern Conference. The winner will advance to the Clarence Schmalz Cup tournament that will establish the 2022-23 PJHL champion.
