The North Village Secondary Plan public meeting held Monday June 26, heard public input and feedback on the draft secondary plan for North Village in the village of Newcastle. Mayor Foster explained that “A secondary plan is a detailed development framework for a specific area that includes land uses density and building types, active transportation and sustainability features.”
