Sunday evening was the last concert in Newtonville at the Ina Brown Parkette. On the gazebo stage was the local group Charles Street Band. On behalf of the community, Newtonville Music in the Park committee member Marlene Stacey presented a $1000 donation to Sharon Payton, administrative assistant, Marigold Hospice Care. Other members of the Newtonville Music in the Park Committee are Betty and Frank Stapleton and Genean Ashby, treasurer.
