Margery Freethy was on hand at Newcastle Gardening Club’s April meeting to share her expertise in flower arranging. She demonstrated how to arrange your flowers to bring home that prize we all look for. Freethy has many years of experience in flower arranging and we can’t even count the number of prizes she has garnered. Be sure to stop by the Newcastle Gardening Club’s fundraising plant sale this Saturday, May 11 at the Newcastle Community Hall. Their next monthly meeting is May 14 at the Newcastle United Church.
