The Orono Farmers’ Market steering committee has been busy over the winter planning this season’s market with a host of unique monthly events celebrating local agriculture. Sam Kent, Kent Farms; Naomi Morawetz, Naomi’s Homestead Market; Lindsay Vasseur, Wild Hearts Farmstead; Diana Stephenson, Skyblue Farm; and Lisa Filion, BETTER Tarts are looking forward to seeing everyone on June 14. Take note that the new market hours are 2-6 p.m. every Friday [except during the Orono Fair weekend] until October 11.
