Oshawa Durham A.M. Kiwanis Club, who is sponsor-ing the Clarington club, was formed in 1928 and continues to carry-on fundraising activities to support various service projects. These include sponsoring Chris Hadfield, Public School Builders Club, Don Albert Aktion Club, Oshawa-Whitby Kiwanis Music Festival, Hat, Boot & Mitt Program, Community and Citizenship for Youth Award, Oshawa Minor Hockey Team, Food Drive, Oshawa Jr. Firefighter Camp, and various Worldwide Service Projects.
