On a rainy June 10, Bill Link and his wife Linda were travelling south bound when they were hit from the side at Sixth Concession and Liberty Street. Linda was driving. Their van’s left rear tire was clipped by a driver going west, they spun around and slid down an embankment and rolled on to the passenger side.
