Bowmanville Legion Branch 178, Sergeant at Arms John Greenfield presents Marg Boustead, president of Bowmanville Branch of the Navy League of Canada (Sea Cadets) with some support from Legion branch 178. The Sea Cadets have had a presence in Bowmanville for 42 Years, giving youngsters an opportunity to learn about teamwork and effective communication, with a marine focus.
