The Orono Town Hall Board hosted Canada Day Celebrations on Wednesday, June 28. Following tradition Painted Lady butterflies were released. The Colour Guard from the Bowmanville Legion assisted with the flag raising. Thank you to the Orono Volunteer Fire Fighters for their excellent bbq skills.
