Boiled. Dyed. Chocolate. Eggs are one of the well-de-fined symbols of Easter, but let’s not diminish their importance by only allowing them to shine at this time of year. Let’s take a closer look at the humble egg. As a community with a long agricultural history, the egg has historically been of great importance, but for so many reasons it has also been worthy of much discussion within our pages.
