Last Saturday marked a somber anniversary for the people of Ukraine and indeed the world. Two years ago, Russia invaded Ukraine, starting a war that rages on to this day. Many countries have stepped up to assist in President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s resistance efforts in the country itself, and many people came forward to help the thousands of refugees who out of necessity fled the war-torn country to safety.
