Who can resist the nostalgic scent of a freshly cut Christmas tree? What better way to get in the festive spirit than piling the family into the car and heading out in search of the perfect Christmas tree? Bring your own saw and head to Tallboots Farms, which opens for the sea-son on Saturday November 28 at 9:30 a.m. for a cut-your-own Christmas tree experience, with choices of White Spruce, Blue Spruce and Balsam Fir. Pictured here is Gary Zuters, co-owner of Tallboots Farm admiring one of the Blue Spruce trees on his and partner Robin Boudreault’s property. (If you don’t have a saw, Zuters will have spares on hand.)
