Not my words. But words that fit after hearing the out-pouring of support for Darryl Kerswell and his application to rezone his residence in Newtonville to allow him to re-open his store and continue to serve the community he has called home for 30 years.
After his application was denied at the September 13 Joint Committee meeting, the community rallied and was successful in changing two of the five votes resulting in Kerswell’s application being approved. Nine of the twelve delegations spoke in support of the application, while three against.
