On July 19, Newcastle’s Carys Latendresse was living in the fast lane at the Honda Indy. She wasn’t just a spectator, but as reported by the Orono Weekly Times she was an honoured guest. Carys’ winning design for a racing competition suit was on full display on the Friday of the weekend of racing. Accompanied by her family and friends, Carys met Marcus Armstrong, a driver for Ganassi Racing, who was wearing the original ‘Latendresse’ creation.
